EHCP Annual Review Setting Reports

Structured, evidence-based reports written for EHCP annual reviews, drawing together progress data, wellbeing, student voice, and provider observations in your own EHCP AR format. Designed to give the local authority, school, and family a clear, complete picture of what the placement has achieved and what should happen next.

Parent outreach

We ensure families receive regular, accessible updates on their child’s placement, support them to engage with progress meetings, and act as a consistent point of contact throughout.

Translated summaries available where needed. The DfE standards are clear that parents must be consulted and kept informed. We ensure this happens by assigning one experienced education lead who will be their main point of contact and available for support and half-termly progress meetings.

PSHE courses for children in AP

PSHE is a curriculum entitlement every child retains, wherever they are educated, however, it routinely goes undelivered in AP placements.

In our experience, young people in alternative provision are among those most likely to miss out on PSHE, and crucially, are among those who need it most. We are committed to ensuring the students we work with have access to honest, age-appropriate learning about healthy relationships, digital wellbeing, wellbeing, and staying safe online.

We provide structured, appropriate PSHE delivered by both our tutors and specialist educators, with full reporting documentation so commissioners and schools have clear evidence the entitlement is met. Topics include relationships, personal safety, mental health, online safety, and preparing for adulthood.

We provide free video content and easy-to-read guides to help parents understand their child’s neurodiversity and support them at home, all freely available on our website to parents in your scholl or LA.
